What to expect:

I strive to create an inclusive environment. If it’s your first time to class with me, welcome!

This is a partnership, I encourage and work with students to fine tune both their proprioception and interoception. We work together to use this awareness to have you moving in a way that improves mobility,reduces pain, relieves stress,and promotes longevity of practice.

Flow classes are taught with a strong emphasis on pelvic floor cueing. Vinyasa or Slow flow classes begin with centering, breath work, deliberate movement on the ground, then transition to standing sequences  that build heat and strength, then transition to a yin inspired cool down. Power classes incorporate all of the above at a slightly faster pace, with additional core work, and options for arm balances and inversions.

The Yin classes start with meditation followed by passive stretching held for (1.5-6 minutes). This practice is aimed at cultivating relaxation,increasing mobility and easing pain.

The Yang-Yin classes begin with an uplifting Yang flow to awaken your body, boost circulation, and ignite your energy. Then, we slow it down with calming Yin stretches to melt away tension and bring your nervous system back to balance. The journey ends with a luminous Crystal Sound Bath—letting the healing vibrations of Nicole’s bowls wash over you, clearing mental fog and grounding you in clarity, calm, and quiet joy.
