Nicole’s yoga journey began in 2007, during a period of personal transition, when she turned to the mat to manage anxiety and reconnect with herself. What began as a source of healing has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to mindful movement, compassionate teaching, and holistic wellness.

Equally at home in the Bay Area and a quiet mountain town near Mount Shasta, Nicole bridges the energy of urban life with the stillness of nature. She is an E-RYT 500, RPYT, RCYT, YACEP, and certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher. Her training also includes Yin, Restorative, Yoga Psychology, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal, yoga for youth with differing needs, doula work, and end-of-life support.

Her work is rooted in care and designed to support people through every stage of life—whether navigating physical challenges, easing into movement for the first time, returning to practice after pregnancy, or reconnecting with their body later in life. She focuses on pelvic wellness, nervous system support, and creating spaces where individuals can move at their own rhythm—without pressure, judgment, or performance..
