Pregnancy and Beyond, A Team Approach:

Congratulations, you’ve decided to embark on the wonderful journey of parenthood. Regardless if this is your first pregnancy or role as a parent, or you’ve been here before, this is it’s own unique journey. I know the unexpected can be both frightening and exciting, and creating a support system is vital to healthy happy parenting. You can achieve this by taking time to tend to your body and emotional needs as well as finding local resources. Setting aside a small amount of time for yourself each day can make a huge difference. Whether that be 5 minutes or longer, we can work as a team to find tools that support you.

 It is important to create a unique plan that fits your lifestyle and that promotes consistency. We can develop a plan that you can take on the go, meet for individual or group sessions, or video chat. It is my goal to make this easy to fit in your schedule, and set you up for success in self care. I thank you for considering including me on this journey with you.

Offerings: 

Prenatal: These sessions will be tailored to alleviate stress, physical pain, comfort measures, develop a deeper connection with your baby, understand the physical changes of your body, and empower you for the big day.  You can choose which areas you’d like to focus on. 

Individual or Group sessions: 60 min

Coaching Video or Phone: 30-60 min

These sessions will create a safe and supportive community where we can focus on giving you tools to create a manageable routine, feel empowered, and create a sense of harmony on this journey as a parent. 

Guidance in creating a soothing environment, and playlist that helps set the mood whether it be one of peace or motivation for stages the various stages of labour. 

I’m here; whether it be to explore Mantra, Mudra, Meditation, fitting a home practice into your busy schedule, support on this emotional journey, recipes, or my own tools that have helped me thrive as a mother to a wonderful toddler.
